FaithFit – Exercise Your Body and Spirit


Do you feel like your life stops while the kids are out for summer?  We can help! 


Come exercise and study God’s word with FaithFit this summer!  FaithFit is a combination fitness class and Bible Study led by certified personal trainer Jessica Pauls Vogelsang and Dauphin Way member Carrie Barton.  It will take place on Wednesday mornings.


The workout portion of FaithFit will be a challenging circuit-training style class.  The focus will be both core and body.  Jessica will provide resistance bands and light weights as needed, just bring an exercise mat and water!  This portion of the class is limited to 20 participants, so be sure to sign up to get a spot!


In Bible Study, we will complete The Bible Project's Holy Spirit study.  We will explore what the Bible says about The Holy Spirit from start to finish, and what this means for our lives. It requires no outside work, just bring your Bible!  This portion of FaithFit is not limited in number, so if you are unable to do the workout, you are still welcome to the Bible study!


Wednesday mornings from 9:30am-11:00am

Workout from 9:30-10:15, Bible study from 10:15-11:00

7 sessions:  June 14 – August 2 (omitting July 19 due to VBS)
